Abstract

This issue begins with a section that aims to be present in all issues of the magazine by Pelayo Pérez. Logbook refers to navigation logbooks; although it is currently used on the «net» under the name of «blogs» to collect all kinds of news, texts or opinions.

Our intention is to maintain a section that collects the general ideas and current phenomena, as well as the morphologies and trends that shape the world together with the reflections that are most outstanding to us in this regard. Thus, neither book criticism, nor criticism of philosophy or theories, an attempt to «navigate, guided by reason, in the confusing ocean of the present and in constant changes.»
