Mieres del Camino, 1947-Oviedo, 2025. Professionally dedicated to the field of health, in his youth he cultivated poetry. As a result of this interest, he published the anthology Nictálope in 1980. In the 1990s, he turned his attention to the figure of Gustavo Bueno and contributed to the development of philosophical materialism and the Asturian Philosophy Society (SAF). In 2003, he sent a paper to the Philosophy and Body Congress held in Murcia and advocated for further exploration of an emerging phenomenological materialism. He was one of the founders and director of Eikasía, Philsophy Journal, in 2005. From Eikasía, he served as an instigator of philosophical debate across generations, countries, and traditions, paying special attention to philosophical materialism, phenomenological materialism, and non-standard phenomenology.
