Abstract
The main objective of this communication is to expose some of the internal problems in the presentations of the previous VII Congress on Contemporary Philosophical Thought of the Asturian Philosophy Society. However, I do not intend to present any thesis, but I will try to dialogue with the ideas of the last Congress of the SAF, and thus be able to gain distance in order to better direct the gaze or propose a different attitude towards the issues. I will begin by focusing on one of the communications, specifically that of Virginia Ballesteros. Next, I will try to point out the fundamental assumptions that beat in the background from the investigations of Felipe Martínez Marzoa, with which I will try to show what elements are at the base of ontological violence in our societies. Finally, and only by way of pointing out possible lines of research, I will briefly indicate a viable alternative relationship between phenomenology and medicine.
