Abstract
At the time, many sociologists devoted their attention to understand the role of democracy in the mitigation of risks, we rather consider this Project is in vain simply because both are a side of the same coin. Respecting to democracy, we add, anglo-‐‑empire has created a new interpretation of politics that give the conditions in order for the capital to be replicated. As capitalist construes, anglo democracy, state and risk are hereby examined with the end of proposing an all-‐‑embracing theory so that scholars may resolve the problem of risk and democracy. There is no risk beyond the boundaries of democracy because both are conducive to the existent capitalist productive-‐‑machinery.
