Abstract

María Rosa Palazón formulates what is justice, and analyzes its relations with the Ethics and morals (following Ricoeur) with its social values of good and evil. She points out what is a just action and the uncertainly of its collective results: that is, she doubts about tha false imputations of the Effectual History. Then, she states the relations between the aesthetics and political judgments. She deals with the responsibility of the convicted and the judge.
