A proposal for a bioethical approach to decision-making medical decisions

Abstract

This paper is a proposal for an ethical approach of the medical decision making. Our proposal is based on the following arguments: 1) we believe that the concept of care is a necessary tool for achieving professional excellence and we see in this concept a moral commitment to the patient; 2) we argue that the principlism is a good choice of giving a greater understanding to address cases; 3) we consider that the dialogic ethics can serve as an ethic foundation for the ethical principles.
