Abstract

The moral and politic philosophy is understand from the dualism of being by itself and by other, and the unique, eternal, and infinite Substance (God) as irreducible cause of whole nature or eternal decree of God and his eternals laws; and, so, in this, the man as compound of corp and soul, govern by the supreme law of nature (conatus). The politic right is the adaptation of natural right according to reason guide; and the morality is conceive only into this, formally, as obedience to law.
