Abstract
The aim of this article is to account for the
boundless value and influence the British
philosopher A.N Whitehead and his work,
Process and Reality, had in the garcibaccian
metaphisical thought, which, to date, has been
understandibly unattended by scholars of
garcibaccian works. We will try to explain the
reasons why, for us, the British philosopher´s
works supposes a sort of earthquake adept of
generating a change in the philosophical and
metaphysical paradigm within the garcibaccian
philosophical approach. We will intend to
prove how determining Whitehead´s influence
is, not only regarding the comprehension of
part of the garcibaccian works. Nothing could
be further from the truth. Whitehead´s works
and his influence in García Baccia determine
the development and consolidation of a
metaphysical project aimed at facticity and
creation. These and other issues will be further
developed throughout the third chapter of the
following paper.
