Abstract

The article aims to explain the particularities of Vattimo’s political exposition. We intend to explore counterfactual communism and political weak thought in order to determine whether they constitute appropriate options for the real world. It is important to note that Vattimo’s philosophy has a contradictory relationship with the contemporary context; therefore, we will attempt to identify the influence of these contradictions on his political ideas.
