Abstract

To account for the passage of a lower level of consciousness (thoughtless awareness) to a higher (reflective consciousness), will be the primary task of this study. Establishing the transition from first to second degree of knowledge and third kind of knowledge, will question whether humans can be freed from the bondage to which is captive (on the mantle or the power of the passions). All this, from the standpoint of the great and prestigious work of Baruch Spinoza: Ethica More Geometrico Demonstrata; work that marked the basic fundamentals of the emerging psychological science.
