Abstract
The war concerns historically to the political plane. Fallen down the wall of Berlin, the balance, the system and the logic of the International Relations remained shocked. The terrorist attacks of 11-‐‑S opened the doors of the hell. The success in the war is not the principal fruit of the military victory. The asymmetric war is used for and against the contenders. The globalization and the technological advances determine the confrontation. The mass media lose the consideration of mere chroniclers. The images of the Afghan conflict introduce a new political language. The management of the visual information is vital for the victory.
