Resumen
This article examines the life and work of German legal philosopher Gustav Radbruch. It critically analyses his seminal work of philosophy of law 'Statutory Lawlessness and Supra-Statutory Law' (Gesetzliches Unrecht und übergesetzliches Recht), in which he develops his famous 'Radbruch formula'. This formula allows Radbruch to advocate for the prosecution of crimes committed by members of the national-socialist regime while simultaneously asking for amnesty for legal professionals for their role within the regime.
