Abstract
Deleuze’s references to Whitehead cover a relatively brief portion of his philosophical work, especially in comparison to his abundant discussion of other authors. Despite this, we observed that Whitehead’s contribution to Deleuze’s body of work is crucial and that the comprehension of the latter illuminate and enrich with the first reading. This article aims to determine the extent to which Deleuze’s main dissertation finds its roots from the philosophy of the process as originated by Whitehead.
