Abstract

Taking into consideration the referential framework where the political wound of the world we inhabit lays, we retrieve the concepts of republican system and democracy to analyze the necessity of creating new democratic paradigms based on cybernetics in relation to the development of ICT information and communication technology. This development of technology enhances a virtual and networked world that we believe will work for the common wealth.
